Participating Insurances

At Jefferson Sports & Heim Physical Therapy, we participate with most major insurance groups. We also are sensitive to those patients who have no insurance or have financial need. Our philosophy has always been that financial hardship should not interfere with a patient’s ability to receive physical therapy. For patients in need, we offer discounted rates.
